Along the same vein of my previous post… let’s talk words, shall we?
Here’s a list of my favorite words, with my shortly paraphrased definitions, they aren’t exact, but they’re darn close:
- Apotheosis (culmination, climax, highest point, example)
- Copacetic (jointly peaceful)
- Catharsis (emotional release)
- Anathema (something/someone that one vehemently dislikes)
- Cogent (logical, convincing)
- Proceed (to continue)
- Passion (uncontrollable emotion)
- Fantastic (imaginative)
- Murmur (soft sound)
- Ephemeral (lasting only a short time)
- Suede (velvety cover)
- Body (physical structure of a person)
I’m sure there’s more, but those are just awesome words, no? What are some of your favorites?
